At Daily Camping World, we stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most products.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bushcraft Knives (all types and brands)
  • Bushcraft Axes
  • Bushcraft Machetes
  • Archery Bows (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
  • Any item that has been used, sharpened, or altered from its original condition

Note: We make exceptions for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Specify the reason for your return or exchange.
  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
