Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please allow the following timeframes for order processing and delivery:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return or exchange process for most products within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Bushcraft Knives (all types and brands)
- Bushcraft Axes
- Bushcraft Machetes
- Archery Bows
- Any item that has been used, sharpened, or altered
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:
- Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, product name(s), and reason for return or exchange.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement once we receive and process your return.
- If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
- If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
